About this project:
The Graduate Muslim Student Association (Grad MSA) is one of the largest and most vibrant Graduate Student Organizations (GSO) at the University of Delaware, dedicated to serving the spiritual needs of Muslim students and spreading the message of Islam.
One of our main events is the Iftar program during the blessed month of Ramadan. This program is one of the most impactful events we host, bringing the community together to break fast and share the values of generosity and unity. It also serves as an opportunity to showcase the beauty and goodness of Islam to the wider campus community.
Beyond Ramadan, Grad MSA organizes weekly Friday prayers at Perkins throughout the year, fulfilling an essential prayer obligation among Muslim students. However, these prayers incur logistical costs, including maintaining prayer mats and sound systems, and providing light refreshments to enhance the communal experience.
All these activities are made possible through the generous support of students, alumni and friends. To sustain and expand these efforts, we seek your contributions to keep these activities alive. Be among the first to give sadaqah to your beloved Grad MSA and play a vital role in creating an impactful Muslim community.
