UD Club Sailing

Our boats are older than us! Help revitalize our fleet by replacing boats, improving safety, reliability and access for current and future UD sailors.
Our boats are older than us! Help revitalize our fleet by replacing boats, improving safety, reliability and access for current and future UD sailors. About This Project UD Club Sailing is a student-run team that relies heavily on donations to keep our boats operational. We complete repairs ourselves to reduce costs, but occasional fiberglass patches are no longer enough. Now decades old, our fleet is facing significant wear and tear. Our team welcomes sailors of all experience levels, from complete beginners to seasoned competitors. Purchasing a new or gently used fleet would allow students to continue learning, competing and enjoying sailing for decades to come. How your support makes a difference! Your support does more than just replace old boats. It helps preserve the close-knit community we have built through Delaware Sailing. Our team provides a place where students of all backgrounds and experience levels can feel welcome, supported and included. Whether someone is stepping into a sailboat for the first time or returning as an experienced sailor, they become part of a team that grows together on and off the water. Every donation helps keep us on the water and ensures that future students can find the same friendships, sense of belonging and lifelong memories that make this team so special. Thanks for keeping our team afloat! Gifts made to this fund may also be used for general support of UD Club Sailing.

2026 UD ROTC Legacy Ball
By University of Delaware
This project raises funds for the Military Science Program, which directs support for cadets to participate in enrichment opportunities during winter session.
This project raises funds for the Military Science Program, which directs support for cadets to participate in enrichment opportunities during winter session. About This Project Each year, the UD ROTC Alumni network raises support for the Military Science Program’s Cadet Winter Award, which is granted to eligible students looking to participate in enrichment experiences during winter session. Since ROTC scholarships do not cover the cost of unpaid internships, research, or other development opportunities, the Cadet Winter Award ensures students are able to participate in enrichment experiences during winter session with minimal financial burden. How your support makes a difference! Your support for the Military Science program will enable cadets during winter session to participate in enrichment experiences during winter session. These opportunities, including research, internships, volunteering, and other activities will assist them in becoming well-rounded officers in the U.S. military. Gifts will be directed to the Military Science Program, which will then use funds to grant the cadet awards. Gifts may also be used as general support for the Military Science Program in the event that all funds raised are not needed to support the awards.
